Embrace Music Foundation & Miramar Cultural Center present “Rhythms of Africa: Music Around the World"
Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 8:00 PM $25, $35 Willie Stewart, former Third Word drummer, leads a vibrant musical ensemble composed of musicians and vocalists celebrating the rhythms of Africa that have influences cultures throughout the world. Joining them on stage will be a select group of students from Somerset Academy who will showcase their talents alongside their mentors.
In its inaugural concert at the Miramar Cultural Center, Florida Grand Opera is proud to present its Studio Artists in Concert, celebrating love with favorite songs, arias and ensembles for Broadway and opera. Discover how fast love can grow in the company of Giacomo Puccini, Gilbert and Sullivan, Jerome Kern, and many others.

Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 5:00 PM $35, $45, $60 MCC Signature This mixed bill performance of both classical and contemporary ballet features Ballet Etudes of South Florida and international guest artists in “Graduation Ball,” a lighthearted and comic ballet, “Atlantide,” an underwater fantasy ballet, and “Grand Suite from Don Quixote,” a ballet filled with fun and excitement sure to please the whole family!
