    Broward County’s COVID-19 emergency rental assistant (ERAP) can pay up to 12 months in past due rent and utilities if renters have experienced financial hardships due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Assistance with Renting a New Home


NO FUNDING AT THIS TIME. WILL UPDATE WHEN FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE.

This program provides up to $4,500 to assist eligible households with the required upfront rental deposit (first and/or last month’s rent) and/or utility connection/start-ups to move into a new unit.

This is a one-time grant provided by the City of Miramar and is not on-going monthly rental assistance.

The Rental Assistance Program is administered by the City of Miramar in conjunction with the City’s consultant, Community Redevelopment Associates of Florida, Inc. (CRA of Florida).
